The state government has released its plan for coming out of lockdown as vaccination rates rise. Many things are not yet clear, but the plan does not include gathered congregations until November. It is also clear that there will be different freedoms for vaccinated and unvaccinated worshippers when gathering is permitted. Details and processes for this are not yet clear.
