Children and Families Update

Hi!
Hope you are all enjoying the school holidays!
Here are the details of a couple of things happening in the near future for the children, families and the young at heart.

FAMILY MOVIE and PIZZA NIGHT – Sunday 12th July
This Sunday at 4.30pm to mark the start of a new term we will be having a relaxed movie and pizza afternoon/night in room 1 at the church.
We will be watching Shrek 2 and our theme for the afternoon will be “True love looks beyond the looks”. So feel free to bring bean bags etc
to add to the relaxed atmosphere. Meal $2 for 2 slices of pizza.

TRIVIA NIGHT – Saturday 18th July
To help support the young people from church who are embarking on a mission trip to Kenya in Dec 09 – the youth and young adults are holding
a trivia night on Saturday 18th July from 6.30pm. Like in the past I was hoping to get a table of young families together for this fun night. There is a kids
round of questions early in the night and a creche available. Cost $10 per head or $30 for a family. Please let me know ASAP if you would like to come
along and join the families table.

OVERFLOW – Saturday 25th July

ideas and resources for ministry with Children and Families and Youth and Young Adults. If you are interested in going please fill in a form
